One of the most common reasons for deposit deductions is disc damage. Most of it is entirely preventable with a few simple habits.

The Golden Rules

• Always hold the disc by the edges — never touch the reflective surface
• Store discs in their case when not in use
• Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth from center outward (never circular)
• Do not stack discs on top of each other

Our QC Process

When you return a game, our team performs a thorough QC check including a visual inspection and a test load on a PS5/PS4 console. Minor marks from normal use will not result in deductions.
